Reflecting on 2024 – A Year of Resilience, Growth, and Global Impact

As 2024 comes to a close, it’s clear that this year was unlike any other. The world faced significant challenges — from conflicts and polarizations to pivotal elections that shaped global discourse. Amidst this backdrop, P World was honored to stand alongside corporations and organizations worldwide, helping them update business strategies, embrace industry trends, and prepare for the future. Together, we navigated uncertainty and turned it into opportunity.

With shifting global dynamics, businesses faced mounting pressure to adapt their operations and communication strategies. At P World, we took pride in being a steadfast partner, providing organizations with the tools, training, and insights to stay ahead of the curve. Our collaborations empowered companies to respond to new realities with confidence and agility. In 2024, P World’s presence spanned the globe, with 41 dynamic events that brought together thousands of professionals from diverse industries. These events served as platforms for innovation, knowledge-sharing, and industry-leading thought leadership.

2024 was undoubtedly the year of our Crisis Communications Boot Camps. We expanded our reach to OttawaWinnipegChicagoLas VegasLondonDoha, and Dubai, strengthening the Boot Camp’s status as the world’s leading training on crisis communications and reputation management. These sessions brought together leading experts and participants seeking to master the art of managing crises in a fast-paced, ever-changing media landscape.

Looking ahead to 2025, the Boot Camp is set to expand to even more global hubs. We’re bringing it to Salt Lake City(February 20-21), Los Angeles (March 13-14), Halifax (May 22-23), and Mexico City (May 29-30) for the first time. We’re also thrilled to announce the third edition of our biggest Boot Camp in Chicago (April 10-11), which promises to be bigger and better than ever. This global expansion reinforces our commitment to equipping businesses with the essential skills they need to manage their reputations in times of crisis.

In 2024, we also built on the success of our ESG Communications Summit, hosting its second edition in Toronto. The event is now firmly established as Canada’s leading forum for ESG communications, bringing together top executives and industry leaders to discuss how environmental, social, and governance issues are transforming corporate strategies. We also introduced the event in Calgary, adding regional insights and diverse perspectives to the ESG conversation. This move strengthens P World's mission to drive responsible and sustainable business practices.

Our 9th edition of the Global PR Summit Canada, supported by IABC, was another highlight of the year. It featured influential speakers and insightful sessions, reaffirming its position as a must-attend event for PR professionals. The energy, connections, and learning opportunities were second to none. With our sights now set on the 10th edition next December, we’re committed to making it our biggest and best yet.

Artificial intelligence also took center stage in 2024. We launched our first-ever AI in PR Boot Camp in Chicago and hosted the second edition of our Virtual AI in PR Summit. Attendees had the chance to explore how AI is reshaping the PR industry, with expert-led sessions on tools, trends, and ethical considerations. Additionally, our AI-Powered Crisis Communications training in Brussels, led by the incredible Philippe Borremans, offered an immersive experience that equipped participants with cutting-edge skills for managing crises with AI support.

Our Marketing Kingdom event in Malta brought together some of the world’s top marketing minds for a day of learning, sharing, and inspiration. Attendees had the chance to gain exclusive insights into the latest trends, case studies, and strategies shaping the marketing industry. The event underscored P World’s reputation as a leading force in the world of marketing events, offering professionals a chance to level up their knowledge and skills.

2024 was a monumental year for our HR events, marked by growth, innovation, and an expanded global reach. We successfully hosted the 4th edition of our HR Next Generation Summit in Lisbon. The event attracted top HR professionals and industry leaders, offering groundbreaking discussions on talent management, HR technology, and leadership strategies. Attendees gained actionable insights and built lasting professional connections.

Our HR Next Generation Summit in Malta also celebrated its 4th edition. Known for its dynamic and interactive sessions, the summit featured industry-leading speakers, hands-on workshops, and vibrant networking opportunities. The focus on global HR challenges made it a unique and impactful experience.

Another milestone was our 11th edition of the HR Next Generation Summit in Zagreb, solidifying its status as one of the most anticipated HR events in the region. This milestone event brought together senior HR leaders, fostering conversations on workforce transformation, leadership development, and strategic talent acquisition.

2024 also saw us expanding into new territories. We hosted our first USA-based HR Next Generation Summit in Chicago, creating a powerful platform for HR leaders to explore workforce transformation, diversity, and future workplace innovations. Our HR Next Generation Summit in Munich offered European HR professionals a premier space to discuss cutting-edge strategies for navigating HR challenges in a rapidly evolving market.

As we move into 2025, we are excited to announce confirmed HR Next Generation Summits in FrankfurtMalta, and Lisbon in the spring, bringing even more dynamic discussions, innovative solutions, and impactful networking opportunities.

Our collaboration with HCI also reached new heights in 2024. We continued to offer certified training programs covering Strategic Workforce PlanningPeople Analytics, and Succession Planning, both virtually and in major cities such as TorontoBrusselsVancouverViennaZurichThe HagueLondon, and Frankfurt. These programs provided participants with industry-recognized credentials, enhancing their professional capabilities and future-proofing their careers.

In response to growing demand, we are expanding our reach to new cities, including CopenhagenAmsterdamHelsinkiMunich, and Riga. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to equipping HR professionals with the knowledge, skills, and certifications they need to thrive in an ever-evolving business environment.
