As Head of the Industry 5.0 Academy at Danone, where she leads the global upskilling strategy in digital manufacturing and future‑fit capabilities. With over 18 years of experience at Danone, she has built her career across HR, learning & development, and manufacturing transformation, working in Poland, Ireland, and France.
Her professional path includes roles such as HR Manager at Danone’s factory in Ireland and responsibility for capability development for manufacturing teams at the company’s global headquarters in Paris. She now leads the Industry 5.0 Academy, Danone Global Learning HUB, shaping the competencies required for Industry 5.0 and the “Factory of the Future.”
Beata holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. She is known for her energy, curiosity, and courage to experiment, creating environments where people can grow and succeed. She believes that the future of industry is defined not only by technology but above all by people, their skills, values, and ability to collaborate.
Her motto is “Impossible does not exist.” Passionate about meaningful learning experiences and new technologies, she brings a strong global perspective to her current role.
