Conor is Corporate Affairs & Policy Communications Leader at Amazon, directing the International Policy & Press Communications team for EMEA and APAC from the company’s European headquarters in Luxembourg. He partners across policy, legal, and public relations teams to shape strategy, manage complex issues, and strengthen Amazon’s global reputation.

Specializing in guiding organizations through complexity, Conor builds trust and influence at the intersection of business, media, and regulation. He leads a multinational team responsible for corporate reputation, policy engagement, and executive communications, aligning strategy with purpose to reinforce credibility with policymakers, employees, and the public.

At Amazon, he has developed and scaled a global communications function, leading the company’s response to major regulatory challenges such as the Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act. He advises senior leaders on high-stakes communications and navigates media and policy scrutiny with transparency and resilience.

A former Reuters correspondent in Moscow, Brussels, and Dublin, Conor’s journalism background sharpened his clarity under pressure and his ability to translate complexity into clear narrative.
