Reflecting on a Remarkable 2023: A Year of Milestones at P World

As we bid farewell to 2023, it’s time to reflect on an incredible journey filled with 34 impactful events and trainings spanning across multiple continents. At P World, this year was marked by unprecedented success and invaluable experiences shared across Canada, the USA, UK, Belgium, Germany, Serbia, Croatia, and Malta.

One of our standout achievements was the record-breaking success of our "Crisis Communications Boot Camp", hosting editions in Winnipeg, Chicago, New York, and Vancouver. As the go-to training ground for communication professionals navigating the age of perpetual crisis, it continues to evolve, ensuring updated crisis plans for today’s challenges.

Returning to Malta for the "Marketing Kingdom" was a special highlight, enabling us to connect with European marketers, exchanging insights on global marketing trends and challenges. Moreover, transitioning from virtual to in-person, the "Education Communicators Boot Camp" in Chicago facilitated invaluable interactions among top-tier university communication professionals.

The year also witnessed the resurgence of the "Healthcare Communications Boot Camp" in Toronto. Here, professionals from leading hospitals shared invaluable lessons learned from their challenging COVID journey, contributing to an enriching knowledge pool.

Celebrating a milestone, our "Global HR Summit"'s 10th edition in Zagreb was a testament to a decade of fostering friendships and sharing cutting-edge HR trends. Additionally, the inaugural "HR Next Generation Summit" in Frankfurt, Brussels, and Toronto witnessed an overwhelming turnout of eager HR professionals, all striving to master the evolving landscape of HR in our changing world.

Our partnership with HCI continued to flourish, drawing some of the world's leading HR experts to our certified trainings, focusing on strategic workforce planning, people analytics, succession planning, and talent development.

2023 also marked several pioneering initiatives, introducing the "Public Sector Communications Boot Camp" in Ottawa, the "Pharma Communications Summit" in Toronto, the "PR Measurement Boot Camp" in Montreal, and the inaugural "ESG Communications Summit" in Toronto.

Furthermore, 2023 marked a pivotal moment embracing the advancements of Artificial Intelligence within P World. Our inaugural "Virtual AI in PR Summit" was a groundbreaking event, delving into the transformative role of AI in reshaping the PR landscape. This summit sparked illuminating discussions on how AI technologies are revolutionizing communication strategies, optimizing analytics, and redefining PR practices for the future.

We culminated the year with the 8th edition of the Global PR Summit in Toronto, yet another sold-out event that showcased top-notch presentations by North America’s leading PR experts. This summit served as a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality content and fostering a platform for industry thought leaders to share invaluable insights and expertise.

Amidst the successes, 2023 held a moment of poignant loss as we bid farewell to one of our cherished speakers and supporters, Mark Weiner. Mark’s enduring contributions and vibrant energy in our PR measurement Boot Camps will forever be treasured. He leaves a void that cannot be filled.
