GenAI in HR: Strategic Considerations and Human-Centric Digital Transformation

While GenAI has been at the top of the Hype Cycle over the last year, we are still only scratching the surface of how to deliver tangible impact from this within HR. Join this immersive workshop on strategic considerations for HR when embedding GenAI into the workplace if you are seeking new ideas or looking to build your own digital roadmap. We will go deeper into a couple of HR-specific case examples and (upfront) provide a framework for building your own business case and digital roadmap that you can either initiate or enhance further during the workshop. All while interacting with peers.
Are you curious to see how the cocktail of technology, neuroscience, culture, and leadership development all come together?
-Introduction and setting of the context
-Case examples of how GenAI is being deployed across different companies and industries within HR (incl. a demo of People Analytics use case)
-Interactive Peer Learning Session
-Fundamentals of building your own business case and (digital) roadmap for implementing a GenAI solution within HR (Provide a framework for building a business case and digital roadmap)
-Aspects of neuroscience and how this links to driving organizational change
-Learnings (the good, bad & ugly) from our Sandoz digital journey
-‘Your turn’: Choose a “mini-project” to work on in smaller groups (e.g., within the fields of talent management, learning, performance management, etc.), creating an AI solution for your  business challenge/opportunity (to be pitched back in plenary)
-Conclusions & Presentations (incl. Q&A and joint reflections)
