Harnessing the power of hidden talent in your employees, candidates, and yourself is crucial for success in this rapidly changing environment. Despite AI tools making the talent acquisition process quicker and more streamlined, it is the human component that makes the real difference. We must continue to improve our skills in connecting with one another to find the right home for the right people at the right time.

Aligning talent acquisition with business goals is essential for any organization's success. By understanding and prioritizing these goals, HR can shift from traditional hiring methods to a more strategic approach. This not only benefits HR but also the entire organization by tailoring recruitment to meet specific business needs. Using the right tools and techniques and overcoming common challenges helps in this alignment. GenAI in HR: Strategic Considerations and Human-Centric Digital Transformation
While GenAI has been at the top of the Hype Cycle over the last year, we are still only scratching the surface of how to deliver tangible impact from this within HR. Join this immersive workshop on strategic considerations for HR when embedding GenAI into the workplace if you are seeking new ideas or looking to build your own digital roadmap. All while interacting with peers.

-Introduction and setting of the context
-Case examples of how GenAI is being deployed across different companies and industries within HR (incl. a demo of People Analytics use case)
-Interactive Peer Learning Session
