In this hour and a half long webinar, Sergio Snyder, the Area Director of Human Resources, Western Europe at Marriott, will address what are the main challenges in employee engagement in these difficult times and will share his strategy on how to successfully overcome them and maintain employee engagement.
About Your Webinar Leader:
Sergio Snyder started his career with Marriott in 1991 as the Director of Services at the Marriott Casa Magna Hotel in Mexico. He has held several HR roles throughout his career with Marriott both on Property and above Property. In 2007, he became the Regional Director of Training for Continental Europe and in April 2011 moved as Area Director of Human Resources for Easter Europe where he worked for 7 years. He currently manages the Western Europe Area with 29 properties in key markets like Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. Sergio’s vast HR and training experience is a vital asset for Marriott as the company continues to expand its presence in Europe and around the world. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is a graduate of Westminster College in London, the London Institute and a member of the Institute of Personnel in the UK (CIPD)
