Ramki performed various HR leadership roles in a career spanning over three decades. He last held the Executive VP & Head of Strategic HR and Organizational Capabilities position at Emirates NBD. INSEAD Business School published a case study on the HR transformation he facilitated at Emirates NBD. Previously, he worked with PwC and Unilever. He recently founded Chrysalis Consulting Solutions that provides consulting, coaching, learning, and advisory services in organizational and leadership development.

Ramki had the opportunity to conceive and execute organizational culture change initiatives and design new-age practices relating to leadership development, performance management, high potential talent, and succession programs. Besides, he trained and coached senior leaders and high-performing teams from diverse cultures to help them be at their best. 

He has a doctoral degree from California Institute of Integral Studies, USA, a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Master’s degree in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India. In addition, he is an International Coach Federation certified leadership and team coach. 
Ramki lives with his family in Dubai. He replenishes his inner self through long walks, mindfulness practices, music, and gardening.

Giovanni Manchia is a Senior HR leader and transformation manager with international experience in medium and large European and US companies (both headquarter and subsidiary levels). He is specialized in the areas of transformation/change management, Talent Management and HR Functional Excellence. As a change leader, Giovanni managed transformations across various sectors (Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy) and within various countries (the Netherlands, Chile, Israel, Uganda and Sierra Leone). He also worked with several executives and executive teams to improve their individual and team performance. In addition, he works as a lecturer at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), teaching Change Management and HRM. Prior to starting his own consultancy firm, he has worked more than 20 years in international HR leadership positions at various multinationals. He acted as SVP Human Resources within Rabobank, where he managed the transformation of the global human resources function within the bank, creating a more agile HR organization with a strong business orientation. Before joining Rabobank, he worked as the HR Director Benelux, Middle East and Africa within American Express. Giovanni started his career at Shell, where he worked in various international positions such as HR Manager for Shell Hydrogen and Global HR Business Partner for its IT division. Beat Lauper was the Global Head Learning and Development at Zurich Insurance Group. As such, he was in charge of all mid-career and top-level learning interventions in the managerial/leadership space design to delivery), all professional skills training, and the entire field of learning innovation. Beat personally delivered programs for the top 500 leaders of the organization. With more than 30 years of experience as both, leader and trainer, Beat is passionate about organizational efectiveness through strong leadership performance. It is because of this, most of these programs have a strong experiential learning dimension aimed at supporting behavioral change. Beat was the Head Learning and Development for Deutsche Bank Risk Division based in London with similar responsibilities. Previous to his work with DB, Beat worked for ETH Zurich building and launching their Master of Advanced Studies in Security Policies and Crisis Management, a post graduate degree in cooperation with King's College London and various partners in Washington D.C. Concurrently he has spent 18 years in the Swiss Armed Forces, both in Switzerland and abroad, holding the rank of a Colonel General Staff. Beat started his professional career at Swissair. Today, he is one of the two Managing Partners of DalhoeferLauper, a boutique leadership consulting and training network.
