She brings her passion and over 30 years of experience to her current consulting practice as
a Master Facilitator, Coach and Advisor on cultural transformation for senior leadership teams. She is recognized as an innovator in
helping build human-centered, agile organizations by
promoting authentic leadership, cultural transformation and broad scale engagement at all levels of the organization. Teddy is a trained as a clinical social worker, group psychotherapist, Barrett values practitioner and organizational effectiveness consultant. Most recently, as Vice President, Global Culture and Change Management Lead for Philips, Teddy developed the enterprise-wide strategy for cultural transformation and established a sustainable transformational leadership practice.
Dennis Frank, Transformational Coach (former), Deloitte North America Learning Lead for Human Capitol
Dennis has held senior leadership positions as a management consultant for over 20 years, including serving as North America Human Capitol Learning Lead (CLO) for Deloitte; senior practitioner and practice leader for IBM and KPMG in the areas of change management, organization design, technology adoption, and project management. Since 2011, he has led his own consulting and coaching practice. Dennis holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch University, New York City, Certificate of Management Training and Development from New York University and B.S in Education from State University of New York at Fredonia. He is a certified coach with The MMS Worldwide Institute, an accredited Facilitator of Transformation from GBA Associates, and a certified Corporate Transformation Tools Consultant I and II – Barrett Values Center.
