Rob Veersma is the Director Training & Development at Gazprom International in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is responsible for implementing training programs for Gazprom EP International, aligned with the competence management system and tailored to local needs.Previously he has been working for Shell International as the Commercial Academy Learning Manager, responsible for all aspects of global capability building that enables world-class deal making. During his long career he has been focusing on global onboarding, virtual working, leadership development and portfolio management. He is a published HR expert and has given many public speeches on among others, Performance Improvement, Just-in-time-learning, Learning and Ethics, Virtual Working, and ROI of Learning.

Bjarte Bogsnes

Bjarte Bogsnes has a long international career, both in Finance and HR. He is a pioneer in the business agility movement Beyond Budgeting and has been heading up the implementation of the concept at Equinor. He led a similar initiative in Borealis in the mid-nineties, one of the companies that inspired the Beyond Budgeting model. 

Bjarte is Chairman of the Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT).  He is a popular international business speaker and the winner of a Harvard Business Review/McKinsey Management Innovation award. Bjarte is also author of "Implementing Beyond Budgeting - Unlocking the Performance Potential", where he writes about his almost twenty-five years long Beyond Budgeting journey. He has throughout these years inspired and helped numerous companies all over the world getting started.

Bjarte has taken early retirement from Equinor but will continue his Beyond Budgeting work through Bogsnes Advisory.

Jenny Arwas MBE

Jenny joined BT in 1977 and has enjoyed a varied career in a number of operational and HR roles across the BT Group. She spent the early part of her career in catering. Since managing the HR interests in BT’s European ventures, Jenny was appointed HR Director, for BT Openworld, BT’s own Internet Service Provider arm. In her role as HR Director for BT’s Group Functions, she has also managed BT’s talent and executive appointments, and implemented the 10-year HR Global outsourcing contract with Accenture HR Services. Jenny is a Fellow of the CIPD and was appointed MBE in the 2008 New Year’s Honours, for services to charity. She is a member of the Princes Trust London Council. She holds a non-executive appointment in the pharmaceutical industry.

Kim recently signed up for a Master of Business Development at Copenhagen Business School to further develop his competencies and capabilities to support and develop the business in the new normal.

Sari Ek-Petroff is responsible for the People and Leadership Development, as well as Wellbeing and Culture, at VTT, Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. Prior to VTT, Sari was working in the pharma industry, in Sanofi for more than 12 years. She was the HR Director for Finland as well as HRBP for one business area in the Nordics and Baltics. During 2012-2015 she had an additional role for the Talent Management for the Nordics and Baltics as well as for the young potential program in Europe, called EVOLVE.

Sari has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration,  she is also a qualified business teacher and holds a HRBP Certificate.
